FAQ

 

* How much will the delivery cost?  

Greeting cards and calendars postage cost to the UK is £2.00 and £5.00 for international deliveries, they are sent First Class. Packing and posting for prints to the UK is £7.00. International deliveries are charged £15.00.  The price does not include import duties or local taxes. Prints will be sent via Royal Mail, first class signed for.

I now offer free local delivery for orders over £30.00 to postcodes starting with BR1, BR2, BR3, BR7, SE6, SE12, SE13, SE20, SE23 and SE26. 

* How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  Prints will be sent within a week of ordering, usually sooner than this. Please don't hesitate to contact me before ordering if you need a print urgently or for a specific date and I will try to help out. On the rare occasions when I am away on location for a long time, I will post a message on the homepage with details on when I will be back. Cards and calendars are sent within 2-3 working days.

* Where can I see your work for real?

 I do attend art fairs/exhibitions throughout the year, please sign up to the newsletter or follow me on Instagram @aguittenyphoto and my Flore & Eau page on Facebook, for details of upcoming shows.

* Do you send out framed work?

 Framed work is available at art fairs/exhibitions as well as for local delivery. The regular size prints are mounted on 40 x 50 cm mount boards which will fit in frames widely available (Habitat, Ikea, Nielsen). If you live locally and wish to purchase framed work, please contact me directly by phone or email.

* Can I order a different size for a print?

I don't generally offer smaller prints than A3, this is because I feel you lose some of the details. An A4 print might be available as part of a gift box (more details on the website soon). If you are interested in a bigger print than advertised, please don't to get in touch as I would be happy to organise this. The printing would have to be outsourced though, but the same care would be taken.

* Will my print last?

 I print my images on a smooth Hahnemühle paper, which is acid and lignin-free and meets the most exacting requirements for age resistance. I use Epson UltraChrome inks to provide consistently stable colours and archival quality prints. In addition, once a print has dried, it is coated with a protective spray.

* What happens if I change my mind?

 No worries, you have 30 days to return the print undamaged and I will refund the cost of the print but not the packing and posting cost. Links to the full terms and conditions are included on the homepage.
